2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in the displayed currency and may vary based on exchange rates. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the trip start date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package and are detailed on each package page. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before departure may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to fees.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. KoraHolidays is not liable for any losses, injuries, or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

KoraHolidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and local service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, and activity operators.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
