Trip Overview
A six-day honeymoon that mixes Bali's temples with two quiet nights on Nusa Penida, the island famous for Kelingking Beach. The pace is slow on purpose, with free time every day.
You start in Bali with a flower welcome, see the lake temple at Bedugul and the sunset at Tanah Lot, then take a fast boat to Nusa Penida. On the way back, you visit Lempuyang's Gates of Heaven and the Tegalalang rice terraces before your last night in Bali.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
- A flower garland welcome at Denpasar airport, then a private transfer to your hotel
- Rest and enjoy your first evening in Bali
- Drive to the cool hills of Bedugul to see Ulun Danu Beratan temple on the lake
- In the afternoon, head to the coast for sunset at Tanah Lot
- Transfer to Sanur harbour and take the fast boat (about 45 minutes) to Nusa Penida
- Check in to your island hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure
- A full day on the west side of the island: the Kelingking Beach viewpoint, the natural arch at Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong rock pool and the clear water of Crystal Bay
- Roads here are rough and bumpy, so wear comfortable shoes
- Morning fast boat back to Bali
- Drive to Lempuyang Temple for a photo at the Gates of Heaven, then stop at the Tegalalang rice terraces on the way to your hotel
