This policy covers koraholidays.com and bookings with Kora Holidays Pvt. Ltd., Kumari Club, Shorakhutte, Kathmandu, Nepal.

What you give us, when you fill in an enquiry, callback, booking or visa form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, or visit our office:

• Your name, phone number, email address and city
• Trip details: destination, dates, number of travellers, hotel and room preferences, special requests
• For bookings and visas: passport details, photos, and the documents the embassy asks for (such as bank statements, employment letters or travel insurance)
• Payment records for your booking
• Anything you choose to tell us, such as dietary or medical needs that affect your trip

What we collect automatically when you use the website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached us (for example a search or an ad). See Cookies & analytics.

• To book flights, hotels, transfers and activities, and to apply for your visa
• To send booking confirmations, payment details and travel updates, and to help you during the trip

We share your information only when it's needed for your trip or required by law:

• Airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators who provide the services you booked
• Embassies, consulates and immigration offices, for visa applications
• Insurers, if you buy travel insurance through us
• Banks and payment providers, to process payments
• Service providers that run our website, email and records, under agreements to keep it confidential
• Government authorities, when the law requires it

Because we arrange travel abroad, your information may be sent to the countries you're visiting. We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use essential cookies so the website works, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example which pages are popular). Analytics data doesn't tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Booking and visa documents are kept in restricted systems that only our staff can access. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix any problem quickly.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet Nepal's accounting and tax rules. Visa documents are kept only as long as needed for the application, unless you ask us to keep them for a future trip.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
• Stop sending you marketing messages

Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian, who gives us the child's details for the trip and visa. We don't knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18.
