Kora Holidays is run by Kora Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a travel agency registered in Nepal, based at Kumari Club, Shorakhutte, Kathmandu, Nepal, and IATA accredited (code 10303720). "We", "us" and "our" mean Kora Holidays; "you" means the person booking and everyone travelling on the booking.

By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you book for other people, you confirm they agree too and that you're allowed to accept on their behalf. You need to be 18 or older to make a booking.

• All trips are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
• A 50% deposit confirms a tour package and the balance is due 7 days before departure.
• The full payment, cancellation and refund rules are in our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
• Please give us accurate names, passport details and contact information. Names must match passports exactly.

• Prices are in Nepali rupees (NPR) per person unless the package says otherwise.
• Each package page lists what's included and excluded. Where it says the visa is included, the visa fee is in the price. Flights from Kathmandu are not included unless the package says so.
• Prices can change before your booking is confirmed, for example because of exchange rates, airfares or hotel rates.

Cancel 15 or more working days before departure for a full refund, 8–14 working days for a partial refund, and 7 days or less (or a no-show) for no refund. Issued flights, visa fees and non-refundable hotel rates are never refundable. Details are in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

• You need a passport valid for at least 6 months after your return, with blank pages.
• We help with visas and submit applications for you when the package includes one, but the embassy or immigration office decides. We can't guarantee a visa or how long it takes.
• We aren't responsible for costs caused by missing, incorrect or expired documents, or by being refused entry at a border.

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical costs, emergency evacuation, cancellation, delays and lost baggage. Some countries require it for the visa. Unless your package says it's included, arranging insurance is your responsibility.

• Tell us about any medical condition, mobility need or dietary requirement when you book, so we can plan for it.
• Check vaccination and health requirements with a doctor before you travel.
• Please respect the laws and customs of the countries you visit. We can't help with fines or legal consequences of breaking them.

We may need to change an itinerary because of weather, safety, or a hotel or supplier problem. We'll replace anything we change with something of a similar standard and let you know as soon as we can.

• We arrange your trip with hotels, airlines, transport companies and activity operators, who are responsible for their own services.
• We aren't liable for injury, loss, damage or delay caused by those companies, or by events outside our control.
• Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We aren't responsible for failing to provide a service because of events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, war, unrest, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions or airline cancellations. We'll do our best to offer alternatives, and refund what we can recover from suppliers.

The text, itineraries and design of this website belong to Kora Holidays. Some photos are used under open licences and are credited on the page. Please don't copy our content without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute is handled by the courts of Kathmandu.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your trip are the ones in force when your booking was confirmed.
