Photo: 1 photograph, 35×45 mm, white background, 80% face coverage, no glasses, tika or cap. Passport copy (MRP passport valid for at least 7 months). Bank statement, last 3 months (minimum NPR 2 lakh). Occupation details. If travelling as a couple: marriage certificate. If travelling as a family: relationship certificate.
