Photo: 1 photograph, 35×45 mm, white background, 80% face coverage, no glasses, tika or cap. Passport copy (MRP passport valid for at least 7 months). Bank statement, last 4 months (minimum NPR 1 lakh). If travelling as a couple: marriage certificate. If travelling as a family: relationship certificate.
